It's odd, because I was doing my Slow Burn every four days, as I had resolved to do this year, then I slipped and went six days, and yet gained ground on four exercises. I am especially pleased to have regained what I lost on squats last time due to the neck pain. Not a problem this time. And I definitely need to add some more weight on the crunches.
